焗鮮茄豬扒飯

1. 豬扒拍扁, 用[/size][/font][font=細明體][size=10pt]沙糖, 豆粉, 鹽及蛋(小量)醃味 (蛋可由炒飯時預留)[/size][/font]
[font=細明體][size=10pt]2. 用煎pan將豬扒煎香一面,然後反轉另一面煎香, 然後切件放上炒飯面[/size][/font]
[font=細明體][size=10pt](屋企無麵包糠, 何太用左小小蛋去煎, 都做到好好既效果)[/size][/font]


[font=細明體][size=10pt][b]蕃茄汁[/b][/size][/font]
[/size][/font]
[font=細明體][size=10pt]1. 3個蕃茄切件備用, 另將[/size][/font][font=細明體][size=10pt]3個蕃茄浸入熱水, 去皮切粒備用[/size][/font]
[font=細明體][size=10pt]2. 洋蔥切件備用[/size][/font]
[font=細明體][size=10pt]3. 先炒洋蔥, 加入所有蕃茄兜勻, 加入金寶蕃茄湯及小半罐水煮滾[/size][/font]
[font=細明體][size=10pt]4. 加入沙糖及鹽調味, 最後加入小小生粉水煮至輕微傑身[/size][/font]
[font=細明體][size=10pt]5. 將蕃茄汁加上飯面[/size][/font]
[font=細明體][size=10pt]6. [/size][/font][font=細明體][size=10pt]預熱焗爐240度, [/size][/font][font=細明體][size=10pt]焗 10 - 15 mins即可[/size][/font]
